Christopher Mills, Non-Executive Chairman of EKF, has an indirect beneficial interest in the above shares. He is a director of Oryx International Growth Fund Limited and North American Smaller Companies Investment Trust plc. He holds 2.16 percent. of the shares in Oryx International Growth Fund Limited in his own name and 46.44 per cent. via his 25.06 per cent. shareholding in North American Smaller Companies Investment Trust plc. The price paid for the shares is 11pence.
